The Allen County War Memorial Coliseum stands out as a premier venue, providing fans with an immersive experience during events. Many fans have praised the venue's acoustics and overall atmosphere, making it a favored location for basketball games. The seating arrangement, however, has received mixed reviews. Some attendees consider the lower-level seats near the court to be the best for viewing, while the upper levels have drawn some criticism for being less conducive to a close-up experience.

Furthermore, fans have indicated that the section 200 area offers decent views while remaining more budget-friendly compared to premium sections. Conversely, some fans reported that seats in the uppermost tiers are best avoided, as they can detract from the overall enjoyment of the game.
